Due to the intangible and personalized nature of spell casting and spiritual work, all sales are fully refundable. Once a service is performed or a spell is cast, it can be undone, and therefore, refunds will be issued.

Once a consultation has taken place (via chat, phone, email, or WhatsApp), it is 100%
fully-refundable.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel a service before it has begun:
You must contact us within 12 hours of purchase.
If no work has been started, we may offer you the option to apply your credit toward a different service or reschedule the timing.
Once work has started, no changes or cancellations can be accepted.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage open communication and will work to address any concerns you may have.
However:
Filing a chargeback after a service has been delivered is considered fraudulent.
Any chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in your case being turned over to a collections agency and you being permanently blacklisted from our services.
